We are now looking for a Group Leader, Electrical Validation!

 

Description

You will be part of the Electrical Validation & Testing team within Vehicle Integration & Testing organization, which is one of the bigger units within TDC (Technical Development Center). You will be leading a team of 15 qualified Engineers, with the primary responsibility to validate all electrical parts within electrical vehicle motion and chassis at NEVS. The department cooperate closely with the rest of TDC and of course also with Manufacturing Department. We not only perform tests for NEVS but also provide Lab and other test capacity and competence to external customers.

Your main responsibility will be to lead and develop the department together with your team.

 

This role also involves:

  • Lead, coordinate and inspire your teams in their daily work
  • Define, maintain and continuously improve engineering and product development processes, guidelines, test methods and methodologies in the responsible area.
  • Supporting ongoing vehicle projects during the entire development phase.
  • Responsibility for verification and validation activities.
  • Responsibility for resource planning and prioritization.
  • Involved in the department’s budget process.
  • Contact with external customers and suppliers.

    

We are looking for someone who has:

  • University degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of personnel management.
  • Relevant work experience from test and validation.
  • Knowledge and experience about CANoe.
  • Experience working with System Weaver.
  • Knowledge in other programs/validation tools, e.g. Inca, Phython is a merit. 
  • Good knowledge and skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Driver’s license B.

NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
